AFFIDAVIT

I, Dharam Nath Singh , son of Late Rajendra Singh, permanent Resident of village Mahua, P.O & P.S. Mahua, Dist. Vaishali, Bihar, present resident of New Market, Kanke, Ranchi, Jharkhand do hereby solemnly affirm and deal are on oath that the facts mentioned herein under are true to my knowledge and information.

1. That presently I residence at New Market, Kanke along with my family.

2. That my family consists of my wife Poonam Singh, two sons Ashish Kumar and Subham Kumar.

3. That both of my sons are major citizens of the state and both are married.

4. That Ashish Kumar and his wife Chhaya Singh have two daughters namely Siddhi Kumari aged Seven years (7) and Vaishnavi Kumari aged six (6) years.

5 . That Subham Kumar too is married with Nisha Singh, but has got not issues yet.

6. That I am a business man by profession and have a stall of woods and a PDS shop in my name and I personally attend the duties of the both shops.

7. That I do have a wide circle of intimacies with innumerable persons in order to maintain my business smoothly and without complaint.

8. That I am executing both of my shops without complain from any person since last sixteen (16) years.

9. That I am a law abiding citizen having a very peaceful and cordinal relation with the people of my surrounding in which I am and till date .

10. That I have never been involved in a criminal case either in the state of Jharkhand or in the state of Bihar.

11. That since last four years both of my sons were not having a good relation with the rest members of my family because of their maligned character and anti social activities.

12. That I warned them several times to mend their anti-social activities and have a respectful job for maintenance of their own family but i fell on deaf ears and proved no result.

13. That as I was having complain regularly of their evil ways from the society so ultimately I am taking the decision of ousting them from my house, so that I may not get involved in any possible criminal charges for their wrong doing.

14. That since I own my responsibilities to Chhaya Singh and Nisha Singh as their father-in-law and of my grand daughters VaishnaviKumari and Siddhi Kumari so they will remain with me and my wife in my house and shall not allow either of my two sons to enter my home.

15. That it would be perinent to declare that hence forward I should not be either linked or connected with any of their anti social or criminal activities, which I fear both would of may be involved in.
